Scheduling System
A full-stack digital platform giving a multi-site construction company real-time control over its projects, resources and site coordination.

The Problem
Managing multiple construction sites through spreadsheets creates an invisible ceiling.
GB Construction operates across multiple sites simultaneously. Project scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination were managed through a combination of spreadsheets, phone calls and regular in-person meetings. The system worked — until it didn't. As the number of sites increased, the limitations became structural. Information was fragmented across separate files. Delays on one site were slow to surface. Resource decisions were made without a clear view of what was happening across the portfolio. The operational costs of poor visibility were rising.
The Thinking
Each site is a data island. The opportunity is a unified view.
The problem was not that GB Construction lacked information — it was that the information existed in too many places to be useful in real time. A central platform would need to connect scheduling, resources and site reporting in a way that felt natural to the people using it on site, not just useful to those looking at it from above. The design challenge was to make visibility effortless, not another thing to manage.
The Solution
An integrated platform across scheduling, resources and reporting.

The platform connects project scheduling, resource tracking and live dashboards in a single system. Site managers can update progress directly. Project leaders get real-time visibility across the portfolio. Reports are generated from live data rather than assembled manually. The system was built for the way construction businesses actually operate — with practical interfaces, offline-tolerant architecture, and a reporting layer that surfaces what matters without requiring effort to maintain.
Real-time visibility across multiple sites from a single interface.
Scheduling decisions made from accurate, live data rather than spreadsheet estimates.
Reporting that reflects actual project state — automatically.
